Located in a strategic position between Hanoi s old town and its new business district, Lotte Hotel Hanoi connects the city s rich cultural history with its promising future. Housed in the upper part of the magnificent 65-floor Lotte Center, Lotte Hotel Hanoi proudly represents a new standard of 5- star hotels that includes an Evian spa and the first ever Dim Sum House (typical restaurant) to be awarded a Michelin star. The contemporary atmosphere and the generous proportions of the architectural spaces create a sense of calm and space. Each room offers latest-generation facilities and amenities with a touch of Vietnamese sophistication. This has been achieved thanks to the close working relationship established between the HBA interior design studio and the Wilson Associates interior architectural design Wilson Associates studio, while the lighting design was developed by Project Lighting Design Pte Ltd. The lighting system contributes to the structure s relaxed and welcoming atmosphere by creating a soft general lighting effect with special focus points highlighting a series of architectural features. High Contrast and Wall Washer versions of the Laser Blade recessed luminaire have been used to offer both contrasted light and various uniform lighting effects on the walls. The IN30 luminaire has also been used as an architectural feature to create lines of light on the lift jambs, for example, and attractive rhythms of light throughout the hall.
